1. Return & Refund Window

We accept return and refund requests within 7 to 14 days of delivery.


2. When You Can Request a Return or Refund

You are eligible for a return or refund if:

  • The product you received is damaged, broken, or defective

  • The item is not what you ordered or is significantly different from the description

Conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition (unused, with packaging if applicable)

  • You must contact us within 7 to 14 days of receiving the item

  • Clear proof (photos or videos) may be required


3. How to Request a Return or Refund

If you face any issue:

  1. Log into your AFRABD account

  2. Go to Order History

  3. Select the item and click Request Return/Refund

  4. Submit the reason along with any supporting images or details

Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


4. Refund Processing

If your return or refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider


5. What Is Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items returned after the 14-day window

  • Products damaged by improper use or negligence

  • Digital products or virtual services (unless defective or not delivered as promised)

  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
